    "A country i would like to visit" Hello people that have lungs!! I hope that you are doing great  Today, and for my first post, I'm going to present to you about a country that i would like to visit: Dominican Republic. I would like to visit Dominican Republic for their national and political history, beautiful landscapes and beache and their really rich culture.   The Dominican Republic is a country in the eastern part of the Hispaniola Island, which is shared with Haiti. It has one of the most interesting national histories going through invation after invation, after dictatorship after dictatorship, and all kinds of social problematics. They have a cultural and historical spanish, Taíno and african influence, which makes it a very unique country. I would like to go to the parties and dance to the music, because probably they play different music than here or another that I am used to. Also, I would like to eat their food, but to do that I must research a loooo...

Hiii letucce eaters!!!  In today's post I'm going to talk to you about my dream job!. Yeah, like Barbie have a Drea, house, I can have a dream job, just because she got all of them...  I don't have an specific dream job, but I would like to work in a job that has something to do with working with people (I would hate to work without people, not just have work mates, but that the work object be people). This can be working with families, comunities or individuals, or can be working about people, like investigations.  In the other hand, I don´t feel like my Dream job should be a Sociologist, but should be related, because is the field that I love the most. I think that this is based in my interest about humans in general, I get amazed everytime I learn something about social structures, mecanism, values, colective ideas, or behaviour or colective thinking in general. But I don't want just to stay in the theory, sitting in a desk, making investigations without contact, not...

 Hi veganss!!!! Today i'm going to talk about what i would change in my program in sociology.  First of all, I would change a few subjects, like "Introducción a la Sociología", "Diseños de Investigación" and Economy. In the first one, I would make it more engaging, because it could be a lazy subject sometimes, consequently the subject is not taken too seriously. Secondly, in "Diseños de investigación", the contents are essential, but condensable enough to 2 or 3 months, not a whole semester. Finally, Economy should be longer and divided in two courses instead of one, because I think that the economic vision in sociology is fundamental to understand the social reality or make a complex and rich social analysis.  In the other hand, I would change the limits between the professionals careers in the Faculty of social sciences, because without interdisciplinary opportunities, we have a limited reach to the social problems or phenomena that we are interested...

Hi bestiess I'm going to talk to you about my best holiday ever. The best holiday i've ever had was in the beggining of this year when i went to Coquimbo and Calama to visit my family. I went to Calama in december a week after the classes were over to visit my two sisters and my niece, whom are my nuclear family, and my aunt, cousins, my brothers and my other niece. I spend december reading, cooking, watching tv with my niece, visiting my aunt, cousins and brothers and going to walk my dog Sara.  In January my nuclear family moved to Serena so until the moving was totally complete we were staying in Coquimbo with the family that we have there. There I spend my days doing the beautiful art of the cotidiany: taking breakfast, playing with my niece, lunching, watch tv, go to the park, playing board games and repeat.
